About the Role
As an Organisation and Process Analyst, you will be responsible for business growth, to improve efficiency, standardise processes, and enhance service delivery to our valuable clients. You'll provide support to counsellors and case managers to focus on serving clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewed the company's counselling, admissions, and student registration processes to identify areas where operations could be improved.
Worked closely with different teams, including admissions, marketing, compliance, and administration, to improve workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
Reviewed the use of software and document management systems and recommended improvements to support smoother day-to-day operations.
Identified opportunities to simplify manual processes and introduced practical solutions to improve productivity and reduce turnaround times.
Prepared operational reports and analysed business performance to support management in making informed decisions.
Supported management in implementing new business procedures and monitored their effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or related field
1+ years of experience in business operations, education process analyst or related role
Strong knowledge of CRM, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications etc
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
Knowledge of the international education sector, admissions processes, or student services will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Benefits

Competitive salary package: $80,000 – $85,000 + Super
