Impiegato/a Spedizioni
- inviare i flussi digitali dei carichi dei trasportatori
- coordinare le spedizioni con corrieri espressi ed emettere i relativi documenti
- gestire le incongruenze di carico, rettificare DDT con relative comunicazioni a clienti e vettori
- provvedere alla raccolta dati e all’elaborazione delle statistiche nell’ambito dell’area spedizioni/logística da consegnare alla Direzione
- monitorare eventuali giacenze presso i magazzini dei vettori con relativo sollecito ai clienti, gestire le non conformità relative ai trasporti
- coordinare i resi clienti (dal ritiro presso quest’ultimo all’arrivo in azienda)
- gestire i semilavorati provenienti dai terzisti
- archiviazione dei documenti riferiti all’ufficio, gestire i contrassegni, controllare le fatture e supportare l’area Reception al necessario. Richiesta esperienza pregressa nella mansione di almeno 5 anni maturata presso aziende produttive, ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. Preferibile la conoscenza della lingua francese. L'azienda offre inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato. Orario di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 8.30 alle 17.30 con un'ora di pausa. Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato Retribuzione: €1.800,00 - €2.000,00 al mese
