Als Email Automation Specialist vertaal je marketingstrategieën naar effectieve, geautomatiseerde journeys. Je denkt mee met klanten, ontwerpt user flows, bouwt e-mailtemplates en landingpages en optimaliseert campagnes op basis van data.
Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten het maximale uit Deployteq halen.
Jouw belangrijkste taken
- Opzetten, uitvoeren en optimaliseren van e-mailcampagnes en automation flows.
- Ontwerpen en ontwikkelen van e-mailtemplates, landingspagina’s en andere projectonderdelen.
- Analyse van campagneprestaties, uitvoeren van A/B-tests en rapportages opstellen.
- Adviseren over kanaalgebruik, segmentatie, data-inzet en automationstrategie.
- Correct implementeren van campagnes en flows binnen Deployteq.
- Projectinformatie verzamelen, beheren en afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders.
- Spotten van optimalisatie- en upsellkansen bij klanten.
- Meehelpen ontwikkelen van nieuwe serviceproducten.
- Onboarden van nieuwe klanten in het platform.
- Samenwerken met collega's op technisch, inhoudelijk en commercieel vlak.
- Ondersteunen van klanten en bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen het team.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Minimaal hbo-werk- en denkniveau.
- Relevante ervaring in e‑mailmarketing of automation (junior, medior of senior niveau mogelijk).
- Sterke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
- Kennis van HTML, CSS, Adobe/Figma/Photoshop en MS Office (Excel).
- Ervaring met of interesse in AI — een must voor deze rol.
- Affiniteit met Javascript is een pré.
- Creativiteit, accuratesse en een sterk analytisch vermogen.
- Proactieve werkhouding en talent voor plannen, organiseren en samenwerken.
