Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt om oplossingen te bieden die een optimaal gebruik van ons marketing automatiseringsplatform Deployteq mogelijk maken en helpt Deployteq een goede relatie op te bouwen én te onderhouden met onze klanten.
In deze functie krijg je dagelijks te maken met nieuwe vraagstukken, en jij weet er altijd raad mee. Elke dag biedt weer nieuwe boeiende uitdagingen!
Dit ga je doen:
Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een vriendelijke en benaderbare eerstelijns Support Desk voor de eindgebruikers van ons platform.
Je werkt rechtstreeks samen met onze klanten en partners om technische problemen op te lossen en ervoor te zorgen dat zij volledige ondersteuning krijgen.
Dit zijn je taken:
- Je zorgt voor het aannemen, registreren, analyseren en beantwoorden van klantvragen, zowel telefonisch als per e-mail.
- Je adviseert klanten over de best mogelijke inrichting van hun platform.
- Je zorgt voor tijdige terugkoppeling naar je klanten en houdt ze op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun vraag.
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen zoals het Development team en het Campaign Services team om problemen snel op te kunnen lossen.
- Je kunt goed overweg met verschillende rapportage-systemen en weet hoe je de informatie daaruit in je probleemanalyse kan toepassen.
Dit ben jij:
- Je hebt goede kennis van API's, SQL, HTML en CSS en webtechnieken in het algemeen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands én Engels.
- Je hebt minimaal MBO-4 niveau.
- Je werkt zelfstandig en gaat graag zelf op zoek naar kennis.
- Je bent geduldig en draagt je kennis graag over.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Je bent leergierig, resultaatgericht en zoekt graag iets tot op de bodem uit!
