Mira Construction L.L.C is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing electrical systems in various construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing the electrical aspects of project execution, and ensuring that all electrical installations meet safety and quality requirements.

Work format: On-site (Project Office and Construction Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and review electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems.
  • Prepare accurate electrical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, supervise electrical installations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and provide technical support during project implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and international standards such as IEC, NEC, and BS standards.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities of electrical systems.
  • Maintain project schedules and report on progress related to electrical works.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within construction projects in the UAE.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations (IEC, NEC, BS, UAE standards).
  • Experience with power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems design and implementation.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with construction site practices and project management principles.
  • Relevant professional certification is a plus.
