Responsabile di Filiale
- Gestione e coordinamento del personale e delle attività svolte dai diversi team all’interno della filiale, gestione delle priorità e garanzia del rispetto delle procedure operative
- Garanzia del raggiungimento degli obiettivi ed efficientamento delle performances
- Garanzia della qualità, disponibilità e funzionalità dei mezzi e nolo assicurando il massimo livello di servizio, sicurezza e conformità
- Coordinamento di tutto il processo di noleggio da parte del team di filiale
- Gestione e sviluppo delle risorse garantendo lo sviluppo del loro capitale professionale
- Garanzia del rispetto della normativa e delle policy aziendali in termine di ambiente, salute e sicurezza all’interno degli spazi di filiale. **Requisiti richiesti**: - Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore o Laurea in materie preferibilmente economiche o giuridiche;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 3 anni maturata come Responsabile di filiale, Team Leader, Coordinatore o Capo reparto. La provenienza dal settore del noleggio o da un contesto multinazionale sarà considerata un plus;
- Buone capacità analitiche e gestionali, esperienza consolidata nella predisposizione KPI e obiettivi e nella valutazione delle performance;
- Esperienza pregressa consolidata nel settore commerciale e nell’area di vendita B2B anche attraverso la gestione ed il coordinamento di un team;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali applicativi informatici (MS Office, G Suite);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese ( la conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus);
- Leadership, organizzazione, pianificazione ed approccio strategico
- Proattività, Problem solving ed ascolto attivo.
