Assistant Manager
La risorsa selezionata sarà responsabile di: - Presidiare l’accoglienza e l’assistenza ai clienti;
- Ascoltare i suggerimenti e rispondere ai reclami dei clienti;
- Coordinare il personale front-line, assegnando responsabilità e dando indicazioni operative in merito alle attività quotidiane garantire che tutti i turni e le postazioni di lavoro siano coperti, sostituendo prontamente le assenze inaspettate;
- Risolvere questioni e problemi operativi di routine, facendo riferimento allo Store Manager per questioni più complesse;
- Effettuare gli ordini, garantendo che il punto vendita sia costantemente rifornito con adeguate quantità di prodotto;
- Gestire le chiusure fiscali e le pratiche amministrative ad esse riferite;
- Controllare i ricavi e l’accuratezza delle registrazioni di cassa nell'ambito del turno gestito e in contestuale assenza dello Store Manager;
- Effettuare gli inventari, riferendo i relativi dati allo Store Manager e anche inserendo i dati inventariali nel sistema gestionale;
- Vivere l’operatività del punto vendita per garantire l’efficienza, l’engagement del team e la qualità del servizio.
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale il Diploma di maturità alberghiera o formazione equivalente;
- Buona conoscenza dei processi F&B;
- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Assistant Restaurant Manager in aziende strutturate;
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale aver maturato esperienze analoghe all’estero nel mondo della ristorazione;
- Buone doti organizzative, relazionali e di comunicazione;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving e gestione dello stress;
- Propensione al lavoro in team;
- Capacità di vivere il locale come se fosse proprio;
- Capacità di creare un ambiente inclusivo e positivo nel rispetto dei valori di Pizzium;
- Attitudine a lavorare per obiettivi;
