Our client is a growing business that’s taking a fresh approach to the residential construction industry. Instead of selling homes, they work alongside clients, helping them navigate the building process, compare builders and make informed decisions with confidence.

Following strong early growth, they’re now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of the business.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional sales position.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business, building brand awareness, developing marketing strategies and converting quality enquiries into long-term clients. Working closely with the director, you’ll have genuine input into how the business grows and evolves.

If you enjoy building brands, creating opportunities and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role offers plenty of scope.

Responsibilities

Help develop and execute the sales and marketing strategy
Generate qualified leads through digital marketing, referrals and strategic partnerships
Provide best council on social media, website content and online marketing campaigns
Create and oversee email marketing and client nurturing campaigns
Meet with prospective clients and guide them through the service offering
Prepare proposals and convert enquiries into new business
Build relationships with referral partners across the property and construction industries
Feedback on campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve lead generation
Work closely with the director to support business growth and expansion

About You

You’ll be commercially minded, self-driven and enjoy working in a growing business where no two days are the same.

You’ll ideally bring:

Experience in sales, marketing or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Digital marketing knowledge, including social media, Google Ads, SEO and CRM platforms (desirable)
Confidence managing client relationships and converting opportunities
A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously
Experience within residential construction as a sales consultant or similar role
