Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans l'assistance aux résidents pour préserver leur bien-être au sein de notre établissement pour personnes âgées
- Fournir des soins d'hygiène quotidiens et aider les résidents lors de leur réveil, de leur lever et de leur habillement
- Participer activement à la gestion des repas, en vous occupant de la distribution et de l'accompagnement pendant la prise de nourriture
- Accompagner les résidents aux toilettes, encourager leur rééducation et soutenir le maintien de leur autonomie
- Surveiller et enregistrer les signes vitaux, assurer un suivi précis de l'état de santé des résidents en communiquant les informations pertinentes
- Maintenir la propreté de l'environnement des résidents et assurer l'entretien régulier des équipements de soin utilisés quotidiennement

- Capacité à offrir des soins d'hygiène quotidiens et assistance lors des réveils et de l'habillement
- Compétence pour gérer la distribution et l'accompagnement pendant les repas
- Engagement à encourager la rééducation et soutenir le maintien de l'autonomie des résidents
- Aptitude à surveiller, enregistrer les signes vitaux et assurer une communication claire des informations médicales
- Formation en Aide Soignant(e) avec Diplôme d'Etat recommandée pour maintenir les standards de soins
