Head of Quality
- Ensure continuous compliance with applicable aviation regulations, including CAAS Part 145, EASAPart 145, FAA Part 145, CAAC 145, CAAM 145, CAAT-145, and other relevant authority requirements
- Oversee adherence to all regulatory requirements applicable to Singapore and export jurisdictions
- Lead, maintain, and enhance the Management System in accordance with applicable standards (ISO9001, EN9100/9110, and Safran/SAO standards)
- Define and deploy the local quality and Flight Safety policy in alignment with the Aftermarket Divisionstrategy, ensuring operational integration in collaboration with the General Manager
- Manage the Internal Audit Program and coordinate all external audits, including those conducted byaviation authorities, customers and certification bodies
- Plan, conduct, and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring effective tracking and closure offindings and corrective action plans
- Monitor compliance performance and ensure continuous readiness for regulatory inspections
- Oversee the investigation and analysis of non-conformities, occurrences, and quality events, applyingstructured methodologies (e.g. root cause analysis)
- Use behavioral and organizational contributors to error investigations
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and aviation authorities in accordancewith regulatory requirements (e.g. Occurrence Reports and notifications)
- Drive operational and quality improvements using Lean methodologies, problem-solving tools, anddata-driven analysis.
- Develop and monitor corrective and preventive action plans, ensuring effective implementation andsustainability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the local Quality and Compliance team, fostering competence,engagement, and alignment with Group best practices
- Serve as the primary interface between the local organization, regional teams, and divisionalleadership in France
- Provide regular reporting and performance updates to the General Manager and headquarters,including key quality and compliance indicators
- Influencing without authority – ability to challenge production, engineering or leadership where needed
- Promote and embed a strong safety culture across the organization, working in close collaborationwith Environment Health and Safety (EHS), Operations, and Logistics teams
- Participate in and support crisis management activities, including product recalls, major incidents, andexternal communications.

External relations: Civil aviation authorities (CAAS, EASA, FAA, UK CAA, others)Customers, airlines, OEMsSuppliers, subcontractors, service providers Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Quality or Compliance roles within the aerospace industry (maintenance, support, production, etc.)
Education- Degree in Engineering or a related technicalfield
- Management experience, ideally in aninternational and multicultural environment
- Strong expertise in maintenance error investigation and structuredproblem-solving methodologies.
- Proven auditing capability, demonstrating objectivity, integrity, andattention to detail.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drivedecision-making.

- Highly organized and methodical with strong analytical and synthesiscapabilities
- Proactive, autonomous, and adaptable in a dynamic operational environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability totrain and engage stakeholders at all levels
- High level of integrity, vigilance, and responsiveness
- Proficient with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Some international travel may be required (France, Southeast Asia, etc.)
