About the Program
Our 2-year Graduate Program is designed to help you learn, grow, and create impact:
Year 1 - Foundation Year (Learn & Develop)
- Build strong foundations through structured learning
- Gain hands-on experience
- Exposure to Schneider Electric's cutting-edge technologies and great collaborative work environment
- Step into a meaningful mission across diverse business areas
- Apply your skills in meaningful ways and take real ownership of your work
- Make a tangible impact by contributing directly to projects and customer outcomes
Who We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or in your final year of study
- Studying or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Passionate about digitalization, sustainability, and innovation
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- A strong problem solver with great communication skills
- Interested in emerging technologies (data, automation, digital solutions)
- Aligned with Schneider Electric's IMPACT Values
You must:
- A New Zealand citizen or an New Zealand Permanent Resident
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in the previously mentioned disciplines, in 2025, 2026, or 2027
