AIDE SOIGNANT (F/H) - GÉRIATRIE EN MILIEU HOSPITALIER
Les fonctions ou intitulés se déclinent au féminin comme au masculin. Vos missions principales seront de :
- Effectuer les soins d'hygiène et de confort (nursing) ;
- Assurer la surveillance de vos patients (prise de constantes, identification des changements de comportement...) ;
- Aider à l'alimentation et à l'hydratation ;
- Effectuer tous les soins préventifs ;
- Entretien de l'environnement immédiat ;
- Accueillir et installer vos patients, accompagner leur entourage ;
- Informer et communiquer sur les soins courants dispensés ;
- Communiquer auprès des familles et des proches ;
- Effectuer les transmissions.
Dans un contexte de :
- stress : vous saurez être efficace dans l'urgence ;
- prise de responsabilité : vous aurez le sens des priorités et du travail en équipe.
Le respect du secret professionnel, des règles de confidentialité, des droits et de la dignité de vos patients est la base de votre pratique professionnelle quotidienne. Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme d'Aide-Soignant (H/F), rigoureux(se), motivé(e) et consciencieux(se) ? Vous aimez le contact humain et le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire ?
