INFIRMIER DE (F/H)

Dans un environnement dédié aux personnes âgées, vous assurerez la prise en charge de la santé et du bien-être.
- Coordonner et administrer les soins aux résidents, en respectant les protocoles médicaux en vigueur
- Évaluer l'état de santé des résidents afin de définir les besoins spécifiques et établir des plans de soins personnalisés
- Collaborer avec l'équipe pluridisciplinaire pour optimiser le confort et la qualité de vie des résidents
La proposition de notre client pour ce poste est la suivante :

- Durée: 93/jours
- Salaire: 14.5 euros/heure

- Capacité à établir une communication empathique et efficace avec les résidents et leur famille
- Maîtrise des techniques de soins infirmiers adaptés au public senior
- Détention du Diplôme d'État d'Infirmier(e) obligatoire pour ce poste
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec l'ensemble du personnel médical
