Werkstudent (w/m/d) im Bereich Finance
Wir suchen eine ambitionierte und engagierte WerkstudentIn, die unser Finance-Team als studentische Aushilfe bereichern möchte. Diese Position bietet eine einzigartige Gelegenheit, praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Finanzwesen zu sammeln und dabei aktiv zum Erfolg unseres Teams beizutragen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Bearbeitung der Finance Mailbox
- Strukturierte Zuordnung und Weiterleitung von eingehenden Rechnungen
- Digitalisierung (Scannen) von Papierrechnungen für eine effiziente Archivierung
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Archivierung der Papierrechnungen
- Vorbereitung der Stammdaten für neue Kreditoren
- Strukturierte Zuordnung und Bearbeitung von Reisebelegen
- Hilfe beim Expense Management: Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Kontrolle von Ausgaben
- Verantwortung für den Ausdruck und die Kennzeichnung von Anlagegütern
- Bereitschaft zur Übernahme weiterer Aufgaben im Finance-Bereich
Dein Profil:
- Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule/Universität in einem relevanten Studiengang, z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office Programmen, insbesondere Excel
- Interesse am Finanzwesen und Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in diverse Themen
- Gute analytische und problemlösungsorientierte Fähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Die Fähigkeit, gleichzeitig den Überblick über eine Vielzahl von Aufgaben zu behalten
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
