International Project Monteur
Jouw dag als International Project Monteur?
Je start je dag in de werkplaats met een kick-off van een nieuw project: een complete productielijn die gebouwd en geïnstalleerd wordt bij een internationale klant. Samen met engineering, software en montage bespreek je de aanpak. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit van het project.
Tijdens de meeting verdeel je het werk over de Field Monteurs en Senior Field Monteurs en zorg je dat iedereen efficiënt wordt ingezet. Je stemt af met de productie teamlead over capaciteit en bewaakt continu de voortgang, planning en kosten.
In de werkplaats bij Lan stuur je de samenbouw van de installatie aan en werk je waar nodig zelf mee, zowel mechanisch als elektrisch. Je controleert de kwaliteit, bewaakt de veiligheid en koppelt fouten in tekeningen terug aan engineering. Ook regel je de projectadministratie, transport en verblijf voor de monteurs.
Later sta je op locatie bij de klant om de installatie en inbedrijfstelling aan te sturen. Je werkt samen met software engineers tijdens het testen en bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de klant.
Gedurende het project signaleer je verbeterpunten, stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je voor duidelijke communicatie binnen het team. Na afloop evalueer je samen met het projectteam het resultaat.
Met zo’n 15 tot 20 weken per jaar op reis is geen dag hetzelfde in deze dynamische internationale rol.
Hoe jij dingen in beweging krijgt:
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- MBO/HBO Werk- en denkniveau;
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
- Beheersing van basisvaardigheden van Office 365.
