Sustainability Consultant
- Coordinare e gestire i progetti di certificazione LEED, BREEAM e WELL e TASSONOMIA, assicurando il raggiungimento degli standard richiesti.
- Effettuare _assessment_ secondo gli standard LEED, BREEAM, WELL.
- Fornire supporto a _team_ di progetto.
- Collaborare con i vari _team_ di progettazione, ingegneria e costruzione per implementare strategie di sostenibilità.
- Redigere documentazione técnica e rapporti di conformità per le certificazioni.
- Fornire consulenza e formazione sui requisiti e le migliori pratiche LEED, BREEAM e WELL.
- Mantenersi aggiornato sulle normative ambientali e le innovazioni nel campo della sostenibilità.
- Coordinare e gestire le attività di cantiere in conformità alle certificazioni LEED, BREEAM e WELL e TASSONOMIA;
- Coordinare e gestire progetti in ambito pubblico assicurando il rispetto dei criteri ambientali minimi e del principio DNSH. Requisiti tecnici: - Laurea in Ingegneria Ambientale, Edile, Civile Architettura, Scienze Ambientali o discipline affini.
- Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in progetti di sostenibilità e certificazioni LEED, BREEAM e WELL.
- Capacità di analisi critica e _problem solving_.
- Ottime competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
- Familiarità con software di simulazione energetica e analisi LCA;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata Altri requisiti
