Ejecutivo de cuenta - Servicio y Atención al Cliente.
Funciones:
1. Analizar las necesidades del cliente a fin de cumplir con las expectativas del servicio.
2. Realizar las cotizaciones a cada análisis según lo requerido por el cliente y la normatividad vigente.
3. Informar fecha de entrega de resultados, investigaciones y pormenores de las muestras.
4. Cumplimiento de KPI´s propuestos del área.
Requisitos:
1. Pasantes de carreras afines a la química (QFB, QBP, LQ, IQ, etc.)
2. Experiencia en ventas o servicio al cliente (deseable)
3. Inglés conversacional o de negocios (deseable)
4. Habilidad para comunicarse, visión de negocio, manejo de clientes, atención al detalle.
