S&OP Manager
Propósito
Asegurarse de impulsar el ciclo integral de planeación de la demanda, garantizando la alineación multifuncional y entregando un pronóstico de demanda de alta calidad, basado en consenso, que respalde las ventas y la toma de decisiones estratégicas de compras y niveles de inventario en tiempo para atender las necesidades del mercado.
Principales Responsabilidades
- Abrir y preparar el ciclo mensual de planeación mediante el uso de herramientas corporativas y llevar tableros de control y métricos.
- Recopilar y consolidar los pronósticos provenientes de las áreas Comercial, Inteligencia de Mercado, Gerencias de Producto y Finanzas, así como de nuestros clientes y distribuidores. Validar, analizar y cuestionar los supuestos para garantizar la alineación con la realidad del negocio.
- Preparar presentaciones para reuniones ejecutivas a distintos niveles de la organización y liderar reuniones de consenso.
- Ajustar el plan de demanda con base en la retroalimentación de Supply Chain y finalizar el pronóstico de reconocimiento de ingresos.
- Participación activa en plan anual de ventas, días y nivel de inventarios y métricos de acertividad de pronóstico y alineación operativa-comercial.
Experiencia y conocimiento requerido
- Ingeniería Industrial, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
- Inglés conversacional Avanzado
- Diplomado en cadena de suministro, control de inventarios, planeación de la demanda.
- Dominio de sistemas de planeación de demanda (SAP, Kinaxis, SO99 o similares)
- Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas de BI.
- APICs: CSCP, CPIM, CPSM
- De cinco a siete años en puestos similares
