Aufgaben
- Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Social-Media-Kampagnen (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat) für die neue Marke
- Entwicklung und Steuerung von Display-Marketing-Kampagnen
- Konzeption neuer zielgruppen- und plattformrelevanter Contentformate
- A/B-Testing von Kampagnen, Creatives und Zielgruppen
- Analyse der Kampagnen-Performance und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Kontinuierliche Markt- und Trendbeobachtung
Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Performance Marketing / Paid Social (Meta)
- Erfahrung im Display Marketing von Vorteil
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Betreuung von Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Erfahrung mit Google Analytics und Attributionstools
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Zahlenaffinität
- Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
