Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten im Bereich SAP SuccessFactors Compensation und/oder Performance & Goals
Projektvielfalt & sinnvolle Aufgaben mit Verantwortung von Anfang an
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Lead- und Principal-Consultants, von denen du strukturiert lernst
Perspektive auf cross-modulare Expertise oder eigene Implementation Tracks

Was wir uns wünschen
Erste relevante Erfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Compensation, Vergütung, Zielvereinbarungen oder HR-Controlling
Alternativ: mehrjährige HR-Praxis (z. B. HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Payroll-nah, Controlling-nah) und Interesse an der Beratungsrolle
Analytisches Denken und Freude an zahlen- und faktenbasierten Themen
Interesse daran, SAP SuccessFactors fachlich zu verstehen und dich darin weiterzuentwickeln
Erste Berührungspunkte mit SuccessFactors
Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
