Im Bereich Practice Transformation gestalten wir die Zukunft unserer Beratungs- und Projektarbeit mit Künstlicher Intelligenz. Unser Team AI Enabled Projects & Processes sorgt dafür, dass KI nicht nur verfügbar ist, sondern einen echten Mehrwert in Projekten, PMO-Routinen und Beratungsprozessen schafft.
Als Werkstudent (m/w/d) AI Manager Support unterstützt Du den AI Manager dabei, die Einführung und Nutzung von KI in Transformationsprojekten voranzutreiben. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von AI-Tools, Projektteams und PMO, analysierst Nutzungsmuster, entwickelst AI Use Cases mit und trägst dazu bei, KI-Lösungen erfolgreich in den Projektalltag zu integrieren.
Was Dich erwartet
Unterstützung des AI Managers bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung von AI-Adoption-Maßnahmen sowie im Projekt- und PMO-Umfeld.
Erstellung und Analyse von KPI-Reports und Dashboards zur Nutzung von KI-Tools sowie Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Handlungsempfehlungen.
Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Einführung von AI Use Cases, einfachen Automatisierungen und Proof of Concepts (z. B. mit Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio oder Power Automate).
Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Enablement-Materialien wie Trainingsunterlagen, Click-Guides, Prompt Libraries und How-to-Dokumentationen.
Dokumentation und Strukturierung von AI Use Cases, Best Practices und Projektwissen sowie Aufbau wiederverwendbarer Inhalte und Toolkits.
Unterstützung bei der Identifikation von Nutzungshürden und Entwicklung pragmatischer Maßnahmen zur erfolgreichen Integration von KI in den Projektalltag.
Was wir uns wünschen
Eingeschriebene/r Bachelor- oder Masterstudent/in der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL mit Tech-Fokus oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
Interesse an generativer KI, AI Adoption und digitalen Technologien sowie erste praktische Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools, Microsoft 365, Power Platform oder Low-Code-/No-Code-Lösungen sind von Vorteil.
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Freude daran, Daten auszuwerten und daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten.
Technisches Grundverständnis für Automatisierung, Datenanalyse und digitale Prozesse; Kenntnisse in Power BI, Excel, Python, SQL oder APIs sind ein Plus.
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen aufzubereiten.
Eigeninitiative, Neugier und Lernbereitschaft sowie Interesse an Projektarbeit, Prozessoptimierung und der erfolgreichen Einführung von KI-Lösungen im Unternehmensumfeld.
