Der Schwerpunkt der Stelle liegt im Bereich Managed Cloud Services. Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Organisation, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und erhältst dabei spannende Einblicke in agile Produktentwicklung sowie in das Projekt- und Programmmanagement.
In dieser Rolle unterstützt Du unser Team bei der Organisation und Koordination interner Abläufe im Bereich Managed Cloud Services. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unserer Scrum Masterin zusammen, wirkst bei agilen Prozessen sowie im Projekt- und Programmmanagement mit und unterstützt unter anderem bei der Pflege von Jira, dem internen Projekt-Tracking und der Koordination von Terminen.

Was Dich erwartet
Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Scrum-Terminen
Unterstützung der Scrum Masterin im operativen Tagesgeschäft
Mitarbeit in Jira, insbesondere bei der Pflege von Boards, der Verwaltung von Themen sowie weiteren unterstützenden Tätigkeiten im Arbeitsalltag
Unterstützung beim internen Projekt-Tracking und Reporting
Organisation und Koordination von Meetings
Mitarbeit im Programmmanagement bzw. in einem PMO-nahen Umfeld
Je nach Bedarf Unterstützung im Competence Center (CC) Management
Was wir uns wünschen
Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative sowie die Fähigkeit und Motivation, Themen eigenverantwortlich voranzutreiben
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
IInteresse an agilen Arbeitsweisen und der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams
Ein gutes organisatorisches Geschick sowie analytisches Denkvermögen
Erste Kenntnisse in Scrum, Jira oder im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
