Leiter Inkasso (m/w/d)

Für die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von rund 30 Mitarbeitenden suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Leiter Inkasso (m/w/d) zur baldmöglichen Festanstellung. Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für die zugeordneten Mandate und entwickeln Prozesse, Team und Qualität aktiv weiter.
Aufgaben
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung eines Teams von ca. 30 Mitarbeitern.
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Bearbeitung, Qualität und Weiterentwicklung zugeordneter Mandate.
- Entwicklung modularer Lösungsmöglichkeiten.
- Klärung und Bewertung rechtlicher Fragestellungen im Rahmen der Inkassobearbeitung.
- Analyse, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Abläufe.
- Enge Abstimmung mit Kunden sowie Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in Richtung IT.
- Fachliche Verantwortung für das Onboarding neuer Mandanten inklusive Einrichtung, Prozessdefinition und Begleitung der Implementierung.
- Planung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen, Erstellung von Arbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement bzw. den Product Ownern.
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder juristische Ausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine relevante Weiterbildung oder ein Studium.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement und Inkasso, im Optimalfall mit Inkasso-Erlaubnis und Sachkundenachweis.
- Fundierte Führungserfahrung im Inkasso- oder Forderungsmanagement für ein größeres Team in erster oder zweiter Reihe.
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Prozesse (idealerweise im modularen System) sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Erfahrung im Optimieren von Arbeitsabläufen.
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Kunden und internen Schnittstellen.
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamorientierung.
