4 Months Contract Senior/Executive, Medical Affairs (West) HGNT
We are hiring 4 Months Contract Senior/Executive, Medical Affairs to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.
Job Responsibilities- Ensure complaints are managed expeditiously to enhance overall efficiency and improve overall patient experience
- Provide sound recommendations to internal stakeholders and addressing patient's feedback confidently to achieve an amicable resolution
- Establish regular communication channels to ensure all involved parties are informed throughout the investigation process
- Ensure that the information gathered is comprehensive, relevant, and accurate, minimising the need for rework
- Ensure the administrative work and co-ordination of Family Conference between stakeholders and patients are well-managed.
- Ensure projects assigned are executed on time, on target and with quality
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to maintain composure and clarity of thought under difficult situations
- Experience in using Microsoft Office is an added advantage.
