- Insieme con il/la tuo/a Deputy Store Manager sarai responsabile di un negozio JYSK
- In linea con i nostri Valori e Leadership JYSK, sarai responsabile di garantire che il tuo negozio sia pronto al 100% per le vendite e i clienti comunicando, guidando e formando la tua squadra
- Analizzerai e coinvolgerai sulle cifre chiave per determinare ciò che è necessario per raggiungere gli obiettivi e motiverai il team a farlo.
- Rispetti e fai rispettare il concetto di negozio e le routine di negozio
- Ti occuperai della ricerca, selezione e introduzione dei nuovi colleghi in negozio, garantendo lo sviluppo dell’intero team.

- Esperienza nel guidare, motivare e sviluppare una squadra, preferibilmente in aziende retail
