Buscamos un/a Practicante de Desarrollo Organizacional y Atracción de Talento con ganas de aprender, proponer e impactar desde el día uno.
¿Qué estamos buscando?
Estudiantes de las carreras de Psicología, Administración, Comunicación Organizacional (o afines). Personas súper proactivas, comunicativas y con un entusiasmo genuino por las nuevas tecnologías.
Curiosidad / Manejo de Inteligencia Artificial y Automatización de Procesos: Si ya usas herramientas de IA para hacer tus entregables más eficientes, creas prompts o te encanta optimizar flujos... ¡este es tu lugar!
¿Qué harás con nosotros?
- Formar parte del ciclo completo de Atracción de Talento y experiencias de Desarrollo Organizacional.
- Implementar herramientas de IA y automatizaciones para hacer los procesos de RH más ágiles y con mejor experiencia para el candidato.
- Diseñar dinámicas de comunicación interna y cultura.
- Proponer ideas frescas para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros colaboradores.
