Funciones
- Gestionar y supervisar el desempeño de los camaristas.
- Coordinar las actividades y asignaciones de los camareros.
- Analizar el rendimiento y proporcionar retroalimentación.
- Resolver problemas y gestionar conflictos en el equipo.
- Colaborar con el equipo de gestión para mejorar los procesos.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en roles de supervisión en el sector de servicios.
- Conocimiento de las normas y protocolos de atención al cliente.
- Capacidad para liderar y motivar a un equipo.
- Habilidades de comunicación efectivas.
- Orientación al detalle y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.
