Creare cocktail, bevande analcoliche e altre bevande in modo preciso, rispettando le ricette e gli standard aziendali. Accogliere e assistere gli ospiti al bancone, fornendo consulenza e suggerimenti sulle bevande, garantendo un servizio cortese, veloce e di alta qualità Monitorare e gestire le scorte di bevande e degli altri prodotti correlati al bar. Mantenere il bar pulito, ordinato e ben presentato, rispettando gli standard di igiene e sicurezza. Inoltra, la figura di barman è responsabile della creazione di un’atmosfera piacevole nel bar, attirando e coinvolgendo gli ospiti.
- Esperienza comprovata come barman in un ambiente di lusso e di alta qualità.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle tecniche di preparazione dei cocktail e delle bevande.
- Abilità nell'interazione con il cliente e nella gestione del servizio.
- Conoscenza delle bevande, degli ingredienti e delle tendenze del settore.
- Orientamento al dettaglio e attenzione ai gusti e alle preferenze degli ospiti.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e padronanza dell'italiano e dell'inglese; altre lingue sono un plus. Completano il profilo ideale intraprendenza, flessibilità e positività.
