Projekttechniker – Bauaufsicht (ÖBA) Elektrotechnik (m/w/d)
Einsatzgebiet: vordergründig Großraum Wien
eigenverantwortliche technische Abwicklung von Projekten bzw. Aufgaben im Bereich von Infrastrukturprojekten mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
Schwerpunkt: Begleitende Kontrolle und örtliche Bauaufsicht inklusive Rechnungsprüfungen auf Baustellen bzw. im Baubüro, Prüfung von Ausführungsplänen, Aufmaßblättern und Leistungsnachweisen, technische Abstimmungen und laufende Kommunikation mit internen und externen Beteiligten
- einer fundierten technischen Ausbildung (Lehrabschluss, HTL) im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik
- mindestens 3–5-jährige Berufs- und Projekterfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen
- Ausgezeichnete EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office), AutoCAD (von Vorteil)
- eine pro-aktive Persönlichkeit mit gutem und sicheren Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- eine bereichsübergreifende, lösungsorientierte und strukturierten Denkweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsfähigkeit – mit Blick über den Tellerrand
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnis in Deutsch (Wort und Schrift) ist Grundvoraussetzung
