Le poste de Chauffagiste H/F
Rattaché·e au responsable de secteur, vous assurer la conduite, les interventions de maintenance et dépannage des installations de chauffage et de ventilation.
Vous êtes également en charge d'assurer les interventions d'ordre électrique liées au pilotage des systèmes de chauffage.
A ce titre vos activités seront les suivantes :
- Conduite des chaufferies: vous optimisez la gestion des consommations en vue de favoriser les économies d'énergie. (paramétrage des régulateurs, équilibrage des installations, réglages des pompes, des puissances des chaudières etc)
- Maintenance et dépannage des installations existantes : vous analysez les anomalies préjudiciables au bon fonctionnement des installations, réparez les dommages éventuels puis mettez en sécurité les installations. Vous préparez la saison de chauffe par la réalisation des contrôles préventifs nécessaires
- Amélioration entretien et sécurisation des installations notamment sur l'aspect optimisation des consommations : vous assurez le paramétrage des régulateurs et procédez aux contrôles nécessaires. Vous garantissez la sauvegarde des programmes de régulation et remplacez le matériel défectueux
- Vidange des installations de chauffage : vous démontez et remontez les radiateurs pour les travaux de peinture. Vous êtes également amené à réaliser des relevés pour commandes de pièces et à changer les robinets, les coudes de réglage ainsi que les purgeurs.
- Participation au processus Qualité Sécurité Environnement (certification)
Sujétions spécifiques :
- titulaire du permis B
- apte au port de charges lourdes , au travail en hauteur
(échafaudage) et en milieu
confiné (sous-sol, grenier)
- astreintes (environ 3-4 semaines par an)
Le profil recherché
Issu·e d'une formation minimum CAP dans le domaine du chauffage, de l'électrotechnique et/ou de la maintenance industrielle, vous justifiez d'une expérience similaire sur ce métier et vous détenez de solides connaissances techniques en chauffage, électricité bâtiment et industrie.
Vous maîtrisez l'utilisation des machines et outils liés au métier, ainsi que la réglementation en matière de chauffage dans les ERP (Établissements Recevant du Public).
Vous manifestez un intérêt pour les évolutions techniques du secteur et vous êtes capable de vous adapter à un environnement de travail complexe et soumis à de nombreux imprévus.
Doté·e de qualités relationnelles et appréciant le travail en équipe, vous savez faire preuve de rigueur et d'autonomie dans l'exercice de vos fonctions.
