Zerspanungstechniker (m/w/d) im Maschinenbau für die Halbleiterindustrie

Unsere Kunden sind einerseits Hersteller von modernen Halbleiterbauelementen (Mikrosensoren, Leistungshalbleiter, 3D-stacked Halbleitersystemen) für mobile Anwendungen (Smartphones, Internet of Things, Automotive, etc.) und andererseits OEMs im Bereich Inspektionssysteme, Nasschemie- und Metallisierungsanlagen.

- Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Einstellungstätigkeiten und Rüstarbeiten an modernen CNC- Fräsmaschinen 3-Achs und 5-Achs
- Eigenständiges Lesen und Fertigen von Zeichnungsangaben
- Aktive Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
- Laufende Überprüfung der Qualität
- Bearbeitung mit manuellen Werkzeugmaschinen (Dreh-,Fräs-, Schleif-,Bohrmaschinen)
- Verständnis für Spann- und Werkzeugtechnologie
- Optimierung der NC-Programmen an der Maschine
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallverarbeitungsbereich (Maschinenbautechnik, Fertigungstechnik, CNC-Techniker oder gleichwertige technische Ausbildung)
- Steuerungskenntnisse Heidenhain
- Erfahrung im Bereich Fräsen auf 5-Achs-Maschinen
- Gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
- Hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft
- Schichtbereitschaft (2-Schicht)
- Initiative und Flexibilität
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Qualitätsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit

- Diese Stelle unterliegt dem österreichischen Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter im eisen- und metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe. Der monatliche Bruttolohn (lt. KV) auf Basis einer Fachkraft in Vollzeitbeschäftigung beträgt mind. 2.949, -€ zuzüglich Schichtzulage.
- Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung wird eine marktkonforme Überzahlung geboten.
