Cuoco Esperto Per Agriturismo Part Time Weekend
L'azienda "Agricola Sant’Anna" del circuito Restworld, è alla ricerca una figura di **Cuoco**da inserire all'interno del proprio team. L’azienda agricola Sant’Anna nei pressi di Nardò e a soli 3 km dal mare di Torre Lapillo (Porto Cesareo). Un luogo di valorizzazione delle tradizioni enogastronomiche e paesaggistiche del Salento. L’azienda è dedicata a coloro che desiderano trascorrere una vacanza a stretto contatto con la natura, pur essendo a due passi dalla ‘movida” di città balneari quali Porto Cesareo e Torre Lapillo. La persona ideale per questa posizione **ha almeno un anno di esperienza** come **Cuoco**. La figura selezionata sarà responsabile della gestione della cucina, nello specifico si occuperà: - della preparazione della linea;
- della gestione del servizio;
- gestione della brigata;
- dovrà poi garantire la pulizia e l'organizzazione dell'area di lavoro. **Contratto**:
Viene offerto un primo contratto a tempo determinato con **finalità di assunzione a lungo termine (no stagionale).** Si richiede disponibilità **part time nei weekend**in bassa stagione, con la possibilità di arrivare in stagione (da aprile) a un pieno full time. I turni saranno da 8 ore (16 totali) e comprenderanno: - sabato servizio a cena;
- domenica turno a pranzo. Unico prerequisito oltre all'esperienza è l'essere **automuniti**, per poter raggiungere la struttura. **Cosa offre l'azienda**: - Pasti inclusi per lo staff **Competenze necessarie**: - Conservare le materie prime per alimenti

- Primi piatti Turni unici da 8 ore (16 totali). Sabato turno per il servizio serale e domenica a pranzo. In stagione (da aprile) c'è la possibilità di un aumento del monte ore, fino a un pieno full time (40 ore) con adeguamento dello stipendio.
