- Valuterai le esigenze uditive dei tuoi clienti attraverso interviste mirate e test audiologici, applicando i protocolli Amplifon;
- Identificherai e offrirai la soluzione migliore in base alle difficoltà uditive del cliente, assicurando il miglior adattamento grazie alle tue competenze audiologiche;
- Gestirai l'intera trattativa commerciale con i clienti al fine di proporre la miglior soluzione a seconda delle specifiche esigenze;
- Supporterai il cliente durante l'intero percorso di Amplifon, dal test, alla prova e all'applicazione, fino al follow-up post-vendita e alla cura della riparazione e della manutenzione degli apparecchi acustici, alimentando un rapporto duraturo;
- Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con un team di negozio altamente professionale, condividendo obiettivi comuni. **Qualifiche e competenze**: - Laurea triennale in Tecniche Audioprotesiche (L/SNT03) o titolo equipollente.
- Ottime capacità organizzative e relazionali.
