Gestor de Cobranza en Motocicleta / Base Sabancuy
SOLICITAMOS: GESTOR DE COBRANZA, BASE EN SABANCUY.
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO:
Como gestor de cobranza domiciliaria, eres responsable de validar los datos de los clientes que solicitan un crédito, así como realizar planes de pago a clientes en sus primeras semanas de atraso, generando relaciones a largo plazo con nuestros clientes.
RESPONSABILIDADES:
- Visitar el domicilio de los clientes que han solicitado un crédito y validar los datos otorgados en la solicitud.
- Conocer las necesidades de los clientes para darles la mejor solución que les permita tener sus cuentas sin retrasos.
- Brindar un servicio con respeto y amabilidad a nuestros clientes.
- Conducir motocicleta con apego a normas de seguridad, utilizando siempre la protección requerida y necesaria.
REQUERIMIENTOS:
- Experiencia en Atención al cliente, cobranza o ventas.
- Manejo de motocicleta.
- Licencia de manejo de motocicleta vigente.
- Manejo de dispositivo móvil.
- Enfocado al cumplimiento de objetivos y metas.
- Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

- Sueldo base semanal de $ 4,000.
- Prestaciones de ley: Vacaciones iniciando con 12 días al año, Prima vacacional del 25% anual, Aguinaldo de 15 días al año, el cual aumenta de acuerdo a tu antigüedad. Prima dominical del 25%.
