Commercial Lead Portfolio Growth (m/f/d) // Buena
- Build the growth playbook from zero. You'll decide what experiments you run and how you'll generate millions of euros in predictable revenue.
- Full-Cycle Sales. Your role starts with generating leads and ends with turning them into signed property management contracts.
- Report directly to the VP Property Management. You'll be in close exchange with our VP Property Management and C-Level.
- Speak fluent German (C2). Our PortCos operate locally, and our customers are German homeowners.
- Are based in Berlin or willing to relocate; this is an in-office role in Prenzlauer Berg
- Are up for traveling to our PortCos. We build mini-tech companies all across Germany. You should be up for spending time with the local MDs.
- You've got proven sales expertise. You've brought sales for any kind of product or service from 0->1. Ideally, repeatedly.
- Thrive in ambiguity: You're energized by being the first growth hire and building the playbook from scratch.
