Anstellungsart: Vollzeit
- Beratung, Reservierungsannahme per E-Mail und Telefon
- Check-in und Check-out mit Inkasso
- Verarbeiten der Tages- und Monatsabschlüsse und Kontrolle der Debitoren
- Reklamationsmanagement
- Betreuung der Gäste und allgemeine Concierge Tätigkeiten
- Reservationskontrolle
- Allgemeine Administrative Tätigkeiten
- verantwortlich für eine optimale Auslastung und ein optimaler Verkauf aller Hotelleistungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bist eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit und verfügst über ein sicheres Auftreten, ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und höfliche Umgangsformen.
- Du behaltest auch in hektischen Zeiten den Überblick
- Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und Englisch.
- Erfahrung im Bereich Hotellerie
- Umfangreiche EDV Kenntnisse (Microsoft Office)
- Erfahrung mit dem PMS Mews vom Vorteil
- einen ungewöhnlichen Arbeitsort im autofreien Rigi Kaltbad auf 1453 M.ü.M.
