Experienced Automotive Detailer / Paint Correction Specialist (Full-Time)

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Detail Professional to join our growing team. If you take pride in producing showroom-quality finishes and have extensive experience with paint correction and polishing, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing.
- Execute single-stage and multi-stage paint correction.
- Polish vehicles to remove swirl marks, oxidation, scratches, and other paint imperfections.
- Apply waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, and paint protection products.
- Clean engine bays, wheels, wheel wells, and trim.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Handle customer vehicles with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Previous professional automotive detailing experience is required.
- Proficient in all aspects of machine polishing and paint correction.
- Experience using rotary and dual-action polishers.
- Strong understanding of polishing compounds, pads, finishing techniques, and paint systems.
- Experience applying ceramic coatings is considered an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
