Descripción de la empresa Representaciones del Caribe es una empresa especializada en convertir la intención de expansión de marcas globales en una presencia real en el mercado del Caribe. Nos enfocamos en marcas internacionales de footwear, outdoor y lifestyle, ofreciendo una operación integrada con más de 15 marcas en distribución contractual. Gestionamos la infraestructura comercial, logÃstica y de activación en retail que a una marca le llevarÃa años construir por su cuenta. Contamos con logÃstica multi-hub y almacenamiento estratégico en Panamá, y República Dominicana, lo que permite un servicio ágil y consistente. Trabajamos con responsables de expansión regional y dueños de marca que buscan crecer en el Caribe sin tener que montar una operación local desde cero.
Descripción del puesto En el puesto de Lead Generator en Representaciones del Caribe, te encargarás de identificar y calificar oportunidades de negocio para nuestras marcas en el mercado del Internacional. En tu dÃa a dÃa, contactarás potenciales clientes B2B, recopilarás información clave sobre sus necesidades y registrarás todos los datos en las herramientas internas de CRM. También colaborarás con el equipo comercial para agendar reuniones, dar seguimiento a leads generados en campañas y apoyar en la preparación de propuestas. Este es un puesto a tiempo completo, presencial y ubicado en Punta Cana, donde trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con equipos de ventas, marketing y logÃstica.
Requisitos
- Aptitudes en prospección comercial, generación de leads y manejo de bases de datos de clientes.
- Dominio total del Ingles, oral y escrito.
- < Experiencia en uso de herramientas CRM, gestión pipeline ventas y seguimiento oportunidades.
- Capacidad de comunicación oral y escrita clara, orientación a resultados y habilidades de negociación básicas.
- Nivel alto de organización, atención al detalle y manejo eficiente del tiempo en entornos dinámicos.
- Valorable experiencia previa en sectores retail, footwear, outdoor o lifestyle, asà como conocimiento de mercados del Caribe.
- Formación relacionada con comercio, marketing, administración de empresas o campos afines.
- Manejo fluido de herramientas ofimáticas.
