Fazer gestão mensal dos benefÃcios da unidade, garantindo recebimento por parte dos colaboradores e melhor custo para a empresa.
Realizar processo admissional e demissional, conforme fluxogramas definido pelo CORPORATIVO, garantindo cumprimento da legislação trabalhista.
Fazer a gestão do SESMT da unidade, no que se refere ao PPRA/PCMSO/LTCAT, exames e entregas de EPI's, para garantir a saúde ocupacional do colaborador e cumprimento das NR's.
Solictar junto a contabilidade programação de férias e alinhar com lideranças de cada setor, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista.
Abastecer a planilha da folha de pagamento com as intercorrências mensais, enviando para a contabilidade, garantindo o correto pagamento de salário aos colaboradores.
Fazer gestão diária do ponto dos colaboradores, através do sistema, tratando as ocorrências para garantir coerência com a jornada de trabalho.
Garantir junto as lideranças do unidade, a realização da avaliação perÃodo de experiência, enviando e recebendo formulário, objetivando alinhamento entre liderança e colaborador.
