Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Standort in Wiesenena mehrere Teamleiter/ Vorarbeiter Brüterei (m/w/d).
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Anleitung und Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen Arbeitsabläufen
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsvorgaben
Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
Dokumentation und Berichterstattung an die Betriebsleitung
Ihr Profil:
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern wünschenswert
Verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit Tieren
Kommunikationsstärke und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
