Feldbau Manager / Teamleiter Pflanzenproduktion (m/w/d)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Freilandanbau suchen wir Sie als Feldbau Manager / Teamleiter Pflanzenproduktion (m/w/d).
Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Koordination und Organisation sämtlicher Arbeiten in der Pflanzenproduktion
Führung und Betreuung von Feldbeständen
Planung und Überwachung von Pflanz-, Pflege- und Erntemaßnahmen
Fachliche Anleitung und Führung von Mitarbeitenden
Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe im Team
Einsatz moderner Landtechnik und digitaler Lösungen
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im landwirtschaftlichen Bereich, z. B. als Landwirt (m/w/d), Landwirtschaftsmeister (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Praxiserfahrung in der Pflanzenproduktion und Bestandsführung
Erste Fürhrungserfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Technisches Verständnis und sicherer Umgang mit moderner Landtechnik
Führerschein der Klasse B und T
