Senior Controller (m/w/d)
Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:
Gesamtverantwortlich für den Controlling-Bereich der inländischen sowie ausländischen Niederlassungen
Analyse und aktive Steuerung von Kosten-, Leistungs- und Ergebnisstrukturen
Margensteuerung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Ergebnisqualität
Budgetplanung, Forecasts sowie Mehrjahresplanungen für alle Standorte erstellen
Erstellen aussagekräftiger Reports, KPIs und Präsentationen für das Management
Optimierung der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung zur Effizienzsteigerung
Ihre Möglichkeiten:
Sie haben die Möglichkeit das Ergebnis und den Erfolg der SCHAEFER Gruppe maßgeblich mit zu gestalten und so aktiv die Unternehmung in eine weiterhin erfolgreiche Zukunft zu führen. Als Sparring-Partner der Geschäftsleitung/Management sowie für die Niederlassungsverantwortlichen kommunizieren Sie auf Augenhöhe mit den Entscheidern innerhalb der Organisation. Als Experte in Ihrem Bereich, können Sie Veränderungen selbständig anstoßen, begleiten und die Ergebnisse erkennen. Sie sind in einer Schlüsselposition mit hohem Gestaltungsspielraum tätig.
Ihr Anforderungsprofil:
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Finance, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise mit und innerhalb internationaler Strukturen im produzierendem Gewerbe. Sie sind ein strategische denkende sowie unternehmerische Führungspersönlichkeit mit einer gesunden Durchsetzungsstärke sowie Hands-on-Mentalität. Sie sind in der Lage in modernen und zukünftigen Strukturen und Prozessen zu denken. Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind bei Ihnen vorhanden. Ihre umfassenden ERP-Kenntnisse & Analytics-Lösungen runden ihr Profil ab.
