Für unseren Standort in Kreuzberg suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft stationär (m/w/d) in Vollzeit und Teilzeit.
🙋 Wer wir sind
Wir betreiben ein Pflegeheim mit derzeit 30 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern. Unser Haus wird von einem kleinen, eingespielten Team getragen. Viele Kolleginnen und Kollegen arbeiten schon lange zusammen. Der Umgang ist direkt und unkompliziert. Die Wege sind kurz, Entscheidungen werden zügig getroffen.
Wir versorgen überwiegend chronisch kranke Menschen. Neben der pflegerischen und medizinischen Betreuung sind wir auch hauswirtschaftlich für unsere Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner da. Unsere Arbeit folgt dem Grundgedanken, jedem Menschen ein würdevolles Leben zu ermöglichen, seine Lebensqualität zu sichern und seine Selbstständigkeit zu fördern.

📝 Deine Aufgaben
Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner nach aktuellen pflegefachlichen Standards.
Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses.
Verabreichung von Medikamenten sowie Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen.
Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustands und Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Veränderungen.
Beratung und Unterstützung von Bewohnern sowie deren Angehörigen.
Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und dem interdisziplinären Team zur Sicherstellung einer hochwertigen Versorgung
🔑 Anforderungen
Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
Erfahrung in der stationären Pflege wünschenswert
Klarer Blick für Prioritäten, zuverlässige Kommunikation und Freude daran, ein Team zu stärken
Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und operative Aufgaben mitzugestalten
