Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir per 01.08.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und innovative Person als Stellvertrenden Restaurantleiter (m/w) 100 %.
Wir wenden uns an aufgeschlossene und freundliche Personen, welche motiviert sind Ausserordentliches zu leisten. Nebst Ihrer Fachkompetenz verfügen Sie über eine charmante Art und verstehen es, unsere Gäste zu verwöhnen. Da wir nationale und Internationale Gäste beherbergen, sind gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung sowie eine Drittsprache wünschenswert.

- Vorbildfunktion mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Professionelle Gästebetreuung und Serviceorganisation
- Beratung und Aussprechen von Empfehlungen
- Aktive Mithilfe im Service und mitverantwortlich für den reibungslosen Arbeitsablauf
- Unterstützung des Restaurantleiters in allen Bereichen
- Mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung, Einhaltung der Hygienestandards, Ordnung, Sauberkeit im gesamten Restaurant
- Qualitätskontrolle und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden im Tagesgeschäft
- Durchführung von Briefings
- Mitarbeit bei der Angebotsplanung
- Unterstützung beim Bestellwesen
- Bedienung des Kassensystems
- Inkassowesen
- Schichten bis ca. 23Uhr (Ausnahmen bei Anlässen)
- Arbeitseinsätze vorwiegend ohne Zimmerstunden
