Founding Marketer (Growth & GTM)
About the Role
A fast-growing, membership-based preventive health and diagnostics startup is looking for a Founding Marketer to lead growth, go-to-market strategy, and brand storytelling. You'll be the first dedicated marketing hire, building the function from the ground up and partnering directly with leadership to drive revenue, user growth, and market momentum.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of brand, performance, and product — ideal for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and wants to leave a real mark on a company's trajectory. Visa sponsorship is available.
What You'll Do
Define and execute GTM strategy across channels to drive revenue and user growth.
Lead brand storytelling and positioning to craft a compelling narrative in the healthtech space.
Manage and scale paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), social media, partnerships, and influencer programs.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, design, and customer success teams.
Set marketing budgets, forecast outcomes, and rigorously measure ROI across all channels.
Develop and deploy high-impact marketing campaigns along with tracking dashboards.
Build and mentor the marketing team as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
Required:
2–5 years of experience in B2C growth marketing, sales, or adjacent fields.
Proven track record defining and executing multi-channel GTM strategies that drive revenue growth.
Proficiency in digital marketing channels — Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Strong brand storytelling and positioning skills.
Solid analytical skills for testing, attribution modeling, and scaling marketing strategies.
Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and measuring ROI.
Experience with influencer and partner marketing, including negotiation and campaign management.
Proficiency with marketing analytics tooling (e.g., GA4, CRM platforms, dashboards).
Ability to work on-site in Helsinki, Finland or Berlin, Germany.
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthtech, wellness, diagnostics, or consumer subscription businesses.
Prior experience in a founding or first-hire marketing role.
Background in building and leading a marketing function end-to-end.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: €35,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience.
Visa sponsorship available.
High-impact, high-ownership role with direct influence on company direction.
Location
This is an on-site role based in Helsinki, Finland (or Berlin, Germany). Candidates must be able to work on-site; remote work is not available for this position.
