NOELIE: SKINCARE – HAIRCARE – HEALING HERBS HAIR COLOR
Aufgaben
• Entwicklung von performancestarken Creatives für Meta, Instagram, TikTok und
Google Ads.
• Gestaltung von statischen Werbeanzeigen, Carousels und Display Ads.
• Konzeption und Schnitt von Video Ads, Reels und Short Form Content.
• Erstellung von KI-gestützten Bildern und Videos mit modernen AI Tools.
• Entwicklung neuer Werbekonzepte, Hooks und kreativer Kampagnenideen.
• Optimierung bestehender Creatives anhand von KPIs und A/B-Tests.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Performance Marketing Team zur Steigerung von
Conversion Rate und ROAS.
• Gestaltung von Landingpage-Elementen, Bannern und Kampagnenassets.
• Analyse aktueller Social Media und Performance Trends.
• Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Premium Marken
Qualifikation
• Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Creative, Digital Design oder Creative Advertising.
• Portfolio mit erfolgreichen Werbeanzeigen und Video Creatives.
• Sehr gutes Gespür für Design, Bildsprache und Storytelling.
• Erfahrung mit Performance Marketing und Conversion-orientierter Gestaltung.
• Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma und Canva.
• Erfahrung mit AI Tools wie ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling oder Veo.
• Verständnis für A/B-Testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS und Conversion Optimierung.
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kreativität kombiniert mit datengetriebenem Denken.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Erfahrung im Beauty-, Kosmetik- oder Premium-Lifestyle-Bereich.
• Erfahrung mit UGC Creators und Influencer Content.
• Kenntnisse im Meta- und TikTok-Advertising.
• Erfahrung mit Foto- und Videoshootings.
• Verständnis für Consumer Psychology und Direct Response Marketing
