Senior Product Manager, Events
JustPark is the premier partner offering both B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers, giving us the best of both worlds. We simplify the entire parking experience. From venues and councils to private driveways, our platform makes it simple for drivers to find, book and pay for parking, while empowering our operating partners to deliver exceptional parking experiences.
We've always believed parking should be easier, from end to end. That's why two trailblazing companies, ParkHub and JustPark, have come together to make that vision a reality.
ParkHub revolutionised event parking in the US, optimising venue operations for a smoother, stress-free experience. JustPark transformed parking in the UK, turning the hunt for a spot into a simple, seamless task.
Now, as one unified company, we're combining expertise to offer a full-service, frictionless parking solution for both businesses and consumers.
About the role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy and execution for JustPark's Events proposition. When tens of thousands of people arrive at a venue at once, parking is either a source of stress or the bit that just works. Making it just work, at scale, is what this role owns.
You will work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Data and Design to turn event-day parking into a seamless experience for drivers, venues and operators. As a Senior PM, you will also raise the bar across the product team, mentoring other PMs and shaping how we work.
This role calls for strong product judgement, excellent communication, and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Why work for us:
Join JustPark and shape how millions of drivers experience parking at the UK's biggest events.
You will:
- Own and grow one of JustPark's most visible product domains
- Shape the event-day experience for drivers, venues and operators
- Drive a commercially important growth bet the whole business is invested in
If you enjoy taking ambiguous, high-stakes problems and bringing structure to them, this role will give you real ownership and impact.
Product Ownership
- Own the Events product strategy, vision and annual roadmap, feeding substantively into company planning
- Shape where the product goes next: propose new directions ahead of the market rather than only executing the current roadmap, and make the investment case for bets not yet on it
- Prioritise based on customer value, commercial opportunity and risk
Discovery and Product Excellence
- Drive product discovery with drivers, venues and operators to understand the jobs to be done
- Take on ambiguous, high-stakes problems, such as event-day demand spikes and multi-party venue and operator complexity, and bring structure where there is no obvious playbook
- Shift the team from measuring output to measuring outcomes, taking an evidence-led approach throughout
Execution
- Drive development from discovery through launch, working with Engineering and Design to funnel a prioritised backlog in line with strategy
- Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria, and support agile ceremonies
- Manage cross-team dependencies across Engineering, Commercial, Marketing and Operations
Leadership and Influence
- Align senior stakeholders on complex trade-offs, including those with competing priorities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives as the primary driver, including where you hold no formal authority
- Build a culture of high standards, honest feedback and customer focus, and defend product direction under pressure
- Raise the bar across the team: mentor other PMs, improve their briefs and challenge weak assumptions. You are accountable for the standard of the people around you, not only your own delivery
Metrics and Performance
- Define success metrics and OKRs for the domain, for example event conversion, repeat booking and supply activation
- Use A/B experiments to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- A track record of owning a product area end to end, and of raising the standard of the teams and PMs around you, not just delivering your own area well
- Strong analytical and prioritisation skills across qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, including those who disagree
- Experience working in Agile environments alongside Engineering and Design
- Strong e-commerce experience across both web and mobile
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, scaling tech environment
- Nice to have: experience in a two-sided marketplace, or with live events, ticketing, venues or high-demand operational products
