Wir suchen Dich als Führungskraft für unser Vertriebsteam in Baden.
Du stellst an entscheidender Stelle die Weichen für die Weiterentwicklung Deiner Region. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung sorgst Du für die optimale Umsetzung unseres einzigartigen Geschäftsmodells. In dieser Schlüsselposition wirst Du für Rentabilität, Wachstum und Nachhaltigkeit verantwortlich sein und Deine Region als Profitcenter leiten.
Aufgaben
- Planung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Vertriebsteams
- Identifikation von Marktchancen, Verkaufspotentialen und Entwicklung der passenden Strategie für eine nachhaltige Steigerung des Umsatzes
- Ausbau des Verkaufsnetzes und Etablierung unserer Produkte
- Begleitung Deines Teams im Außendienst
- Auf- und Ausbau von langfristigen Partnerschaften mit dem Handel und weiteren wichtigen Akteuren und Meinungsbildnern der Region
- Übertragung und Umsetzung der unternehmerischen Ziele in der Region
Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb
- Landwirtschaftliche oder kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium
- Führungsqualität, Empathie, Mut und Integrität
- Fokussiert, belastbar, ergebnisorientiert und analytisch
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
