Arbeitsort und Stellenantritt nach Absprache.
Sie betreuen selbständig vielseitige und spannende Mandate im Bereich des Notariats, redigieren Urkunden, organisieren Besprechungstermine und sorgen für die korrekte Umsetzung der notariellen Geschäfte. Dazu arbeiten Sie mit bei der Führung von Vereins- und Stiftungssekretariaten, beim Kundenempfang, beim Telefondienst und weiteren Sekretariatsarbeiten.

Was Sie bieten:
- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (von Vorteil aber nicht Voraussetzung ist Berufserfahrung in der Branche Notariat/Grundbuchamt)
- selbständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Stilsicherheit in deutscher Sprache und Korrespondenz
- gute IT-Anwender-Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Freude an Kontakt mit Klienten und Behörden
