Als Administratief Medewerker ben jij een belangrijke spil binnen de organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse administratie vlot verloopt en ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen.
Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:
• Verwerken en opvolgen van diverse administratieve dossiers.
• Fungeren als schakel tussen kantoor, magazijn en werkplaats.
• Ontvangen van klanten en bezoekers op de site.
• Telefonisch contact onderhouden met klanten en leveranciers.
• Opvolgen van leveranciers en administratieve afspraken.
• Verzorgen van het debiteurenbeheer.
Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking en zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging.ProfielProfiel
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en houdt van structuur.
Je brengt bij voorkeur mee:
• Ervaring in een administratieve functie.
• Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en een vlotte basis Frans.
• Een klantgerichte en professionele houding.
• Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
• Een punctuele, nauwkeurige en ordelijke manier van werken.
• Gezond verstand, initiatief en een commerciële feeling.

* Onmiddellijk vast, voltijds contract.
